Organizer ClearFlow: Privacy Covenant & User Terms

I. The Privacy Covenant

Organizer ClearFlow is a high-efficiency storage utility designed to operate without a digital tether to our servers. We prioritize "On-Device Intelligence" to safeguard your personal environment.

The Local Processing Mandate

Organizer ClearFlow scans your device to identify obsolete APK files, residual data, and temporary system caches.

Permission Scoping: To fulfill these functions, the app requires the "All Files Access" (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) permission.

Data Containment: Every scanning sequence and analysis cycle occurs exclusively within your device's local environment. We do not possess the capability to upload, mirror, or inspect your file names, folder structures, or document contents on any external server.

Technical Ecosystem & Third-Party Platforms

While your files remain private, Organizer ClearFlow interfaces with specialized third-party services to ensure application stability and monitor distribution.

• Firebase (Google): Utilized for real-time crash diagnostics. If Organizer ClearFlow malfunctions, a pseudonymized technical report (e.g., hardware model, OS version) is generated to assist our maintenance team.
• Attribution & Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These platforms identify the marketing source of an installation. They process technical identifiers such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
• Integrity Guardrail: These partners are contractually prohibited from accessing your storage or associating technical events with your biological identity.

Legal Grounds for Data Handling

We manage information based on the following legal pillars:

• Contractual Necessity: The local analysis of file metadata is essential to deliver the cleaning utility you have initiated.
• Legitimate Interests: We utilize pseudonymized technical identifiers to prevent fraud, secure the software environment, and refine our commercial growth strategies.

Your Data Sovereignty (User Rights)

Organizer ClearFlow recognizes your absolute authority over your information. We honor the following rights for all users:

• Right to Know (Sharing & Selling): You have the right to know if your data is shared or sold. Organizer ClearFlow does not sell your personal or technical data. Sharing is strictly limited to the technical partners listed in Section 2 for operational maintenance.
• Right of Access: You may request access to any personal data we hold. Since your files are local, you have direct access via the app; for technical telemetry, you may contact our DPO.
• Right to Rectification: You may request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal/technical data held by us or our partners.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the total deletion of your data. Deleting the app immediately purges local scan history. For technical telemetry, our DPO can facilitate a deletion request.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You are explicitly entitled to contact a regulatory authority or data protection supervisor in your jurisdiction if you believe our data handling violates your rights.

Retention and Circumstances

• Local Operational Data: Information regarding files identified for cleanup is ephemeral. It exists in the device's volatile memory only during an active session and is purged upon task completion.
• Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by third-party partners is retained for the minimum period required for aggregate performance reporting—typically 12 to 24 months—and is then permanently anonymized.

Choice and Non-Participation (Opt-Out)

Disallowing Sharing/Sales: While we do not sell data, you can prevent technical sharing by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) in your system settings.

Permission Revocation: You may revoke storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly cease all application functionality.

II. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Grant of License

Organizer ClearFlow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software on a single device for your personal maintenance, subject to these terms.

Usage Restrictions

By utilizing Organizer ClearFlow, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the scanning logic.
• Use the application to intentionally interfere with system-critical files required for device stability.
• Modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software.

Intellectual Property

The Organizer ClearFlow name, branding, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Organizer ClearFlow is provided "AS IS." While we strive for precision, we do not warrant that the app will identify every redundant file or remain entirely free from technical errors. Users are responsible for reviewing items flagged for removal before confirming deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organizer ClearFlow and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, performance issues, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by you (via uninstallation) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
